CRT light, anonymous presences and synthetic weather contaminate identical rooms until architecture begins to behave like memory. The series moves through reception desks, bedrooms and corridors as if returning to a place that never existed — part motel, part dream residue, part failing screen. Generated images are treated here as material for an authored photographic sequence: directed, selected and post-produced rather than presented as isolated outputs. Um motel de estrada obsoleto persiste depois de os seus hóspedes terem desaparecido. Luz de CRT, presenças anónimas e um clima sintético contaminam quartos idênticos até que a arquitetura começa a comportar-se como memória. A série atravessa receções, quartos e corredores como se regressasse a um lugar que nunca existiu — parte motel, parte resíduo de sonho, parte ecrã em falha. In extreme macro, metal, skin and surface lose their scale and become texture, density and grain.Sound is synthesised from noise: granular crackle over a low sustain, without percussion or pulse.Positive and negative states alternate throughout the piece, shifting figure and ground until the final inversion holds.
